What are the hidden costs?
There are none! You pay the per extension rate, based on how many extensions you have total, plus any other additional services chosen, like CallerID Name, E911, etc. and that's it. We like to let you know the monthly cost up front, as we don't like surprises either. Of course there are taxes and fees, but that isn't hidden and comes along with any service provider.
Who do you service?
Lucid Technologies services business of all sizes. We service 1 person, work at home businesses to multi-location companies. Our platform is so robust and has features that any company size can utilize. We offer plans for any company size and believe any company, no matter the size, deserves quality service and exceptional support.
Do you provide SIP Trunk service?
Yes! Our primary business focus is the all-in-one solution. We believe that our hosted PBX will provide your business the features and efficiency it needs, but understand that sometimes you may not be ready to get rid of your current equipment, but need a reliable SIP service. That's were we can help, as well!
How would I be billed?
We create the invoices between the 1st and 3rd, each month, depends on the weekend. We then auto debit your credit card or ACH between the 7th and 10th of each month, depends on weekend. On sign-up, all charges are prorated to the end of the month. You will then be charge, each month, starting on the 1st. Example: If you sign-up on the 15th of the July, during sign-up, you would only be charged for the 15th thru the 31st. You would then be charged the full amount starting on August 1st.
